Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure automation solutions using the selected platform. Build and code automation use cases, create solution designs, test and deliver implementations, and support end-to-end case development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to demonstrate automated processes and walk them through solution functionality and business benefits.
• Time Spent in Meetings: Approximately 25% .
• Interaction: Primarily with internal stakeholders (cross-functional teams, business partners, and project teams).
• Access to Customer Data: Yes. The contractor will have access to customer data as required to support solution development, testing, and implementation, while adhering to all applicable security, privacy, and compliance policies.
