POSITION: Learning and Development Coordinator
LOCATION: Boaler Street and sites across Liverpool City Region
HOURS: Full time hours
SALARY: £28,000 to £29,000 per annum
Main purpose of the role:
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will coordinate the design, delivery and evaluation of training and supervision for staff and learners across Local Solutions, with a particular focus on Homecare, ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety, CQC and Local Authority compliance.
You will help build a culture of continuous learning that supports staff to grow, feel confident in their roles, and deliver safe, person-centred, compassionate care. You will liaise closely with health and social care professionals, the HR & Recruitment team, and operational managers to ensure training remains effective, current and responsive to service user needs.<...
