Lean Six Sigma Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leads strategic and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to improve OEE and reduce losses.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business OGSM [Objective Goal Strategy & Measures].
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy and governance.
• Build problem-solving capability across teams and coach leaders.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
