Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver engaging and impactful 5S and visual management training sessions to large groups within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our team values individuals who can drive workplace organization initiatives, collaborating across shifts and locations to ensure consistent adoption and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Deliver frequent 5S, visual management, and workplace organization training sessions to groups of 20+ participants in a classroom setting while minimizing production disruption.
Coordinate training schedules with production teams and align training content with site goals and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with supervisory and continuous improvement teams to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
