Responsibilities
- Participates in creating Lean deployment plans.
- Creates, maintains and improves lean documentation (process map, procedures, forms, etc).
- Communicates progress.
- Links projects to SQDPC initiatives.
- Evaluate improvement initiatives against quantifiable KPI’s to measure effectiveness, taking action when necessary.
- Assist with, facilitate or lead kaizen and continuous improvement events.
- Assist with event planning, tracking, and monitoring sijait.
- Along with lean technician, ensuresUpgrade plant layout is maintained and aligned with current needs & future projects.
- Increase FOD awareness and control across the organization.
- Train the trainer approach.
- Drives for perfection towards stretch targets.
- Maintains open line of communication.
