Lean Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics & NPI

Advanced Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer located in Mexicali, Baja California. The role involves developing and implementing manufacturing methods and participating in product launches. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will work on Lean Manufacturing initiatives, quality improvements, and must be skilled in problem-solving and communication.

Strong understanding of Six Sigma tools and electronic components fabrication is essential.
