Lean Manufacturing Engineer — Continuous Improvement

XP Power is seeking an industrial engineer to design and drive lean manufacturing improvements across PCB assembly and mechanical build areas at our Seri Iskandar site in Malaysia. You will apply VSM, 5S and continuous flow methods to reduce cycle times and eliminate waste.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least five years of experience, plus MTM/MOST certification and AutoCAD proficiency.
