Lean Industrial Engineer: Process Improvement & Yield

XP Power in Seri Iskandar, Perak, is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years’ experience. You will design lean systems, analyze processes, and lead kaizen events to improve yield and reduce waste. Strong AutoCAD skills and MOST/MTM certification are required.

You will develop work instructions, train teams, and optimize PCB and mechanical assembly lines while coordinating production schedules and data. A degree in engineering is essential.
