Lean & CI Production Operations Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Production Assistant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations at the Spark Plant in Saltillo, Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parts while embracing a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing.

Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of manufacturing experience, a strong command of production planning, and IMS/ERP systems, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
