Lean and Continuous Improvement Expert

About the Role

Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer reporting to the Lean and Continuous Improvement Manager within the Operations Excellence organization (OpX). This role supports manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain operations across Canada and globally in the pursuit of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate workshops (Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Standard Work, Kaizen, etc.)
• Identify and prioritize improvement themes aligned with operational objectives in the Longueuil plant and other sites worldwide.
• Ensure a strong shopfloor presence through Gemba‑walks, Meeting Tiers, and close collaboration with production teams to understand their needs.
• Participate in performance review meetings to identify gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Measure and track benefits (on‑time delivery, quality, cost, productivity, etc.).
