Job Summary
The Leadman in the Feeds Department is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the production floor, guiding and supporting a team of operators, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and production standards. The Leadman will act as a point of contact between the production team and management, ensuring tasks are completed on time, equipment is properly utilized, and production targets are met.
