Job Description

The Leadman/Foreman supervises on‑site workers and ensures construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity targets are met
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, safety, and proper use of tools and materials
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
• Report daily progress and site issues
• Maintain discipline and safe work practices on site
