Role responsible for building & stewarding entire people function,reporting directly to CEO, accountable for HR Strategy & Execution across a workforce of approximately 100 perm emplys & 1,000+ contract emplys spread across farm & locations in Goa.
Required Candidate profile
Exp managing large blue-collar workforce (500+ contractors) — this is non-negotiable given workforce profile, Prior exp in plantation, agri-processing, food manufacturing, FMCG strongly preferred
