Job Description
The Leader, Business Development Malaysia, will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within the architectural products sector across the region
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry.
- To lead in sales generation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, negotiate and facilitate confirmation together with distributors, as well as liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders.
- Work closely with distributors to enhance client’s engagement and ensure a seamless experience with LIXIL.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, QS Consultants, Contractors & Distributors.
