Lead Wellsite Drilling Supervisor – Safety & Operations

ELSA seeks an experienced Drilling Supervisor to represent the company at the well site, overseeing daily operations and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently per the Drilling Program.

You will enforce site HSE requirements, provide technical troubleshooting for well control and emergencies, and coordinate with service companies to ensure timely arrival of personnel and materials.
