Lead Ultrabright Laser Architect & Advisor

Mach-20 is seeking a Lead Technical Advisor to support the ideation and execution of advanced laser technology programs, specifically ultrabright laser sources. This role requires a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Physics and expertise in laser physics, photonic crystals, and femtosecond techniques.

The successful candidate will guide technical direction, evaluate research progress, and engage with academic, industrial, and defense partners. Strong technical writing skills and U.S. citizenship with clearance are required. The position is based in the National Capital Region.
