Lead Training Delivery
Overall Purpose: Responsible for delivering, supporting, and/or instructing comprehensive training programs aligned with industry best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Develop Training Programs: Creating, customizing, and/or maintaining comprehensive training materials, including electronically delivered tools, to support various areas such as leadership development, management development, or change management.
+ Deliver and Facilitate Training Sessions: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars in multiple formats, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and corporate messages.
+ Assessing Training Needs: Collaborating with department managers and employees to identify training needs. Conducting surveys, interviews, and assessments to pinpoint areas for development.
