- The Team Lead is responsible for supervising daily operations on the floor, ensuring that our safety-first protocols are strictly followed, and mentoring our pet care technicians.
- You will be the go-to person for the staff, maintaining a positive environment while ensuring every dog in our care receives the highest quality of attention and structured engagement.
