Lead Test & Finishing Process Engineer

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Lead Test and Finishing Process Engineer in the Philippines to drive daily line support, validate operations, and spearhead improvement actions addressing shopfloor and customer issues. You will monitor yields, manage MRB, and lead 8D and PFMEA activities while coordinating with multiple teams.
