Lead Technician

Primary Functions:

• He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
• Responsible for performing management to his/her area as may be assigned.
• Support for major trouble shooting and repair, generation and implementation of improvement documents and procedures. Leads planning and execution and generate report related to his/her area of responsibility.
• Managing & supervising and handling difficult task and projects.
• Take over the task during the absence of his/her immediate superior.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in assigned station by attending to the needs and other requirements of his/her technicians to the operation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Graduate of any 2 or 4-year vocational course/s.
2. At least 2 years work experience as Leader in similar work environment (...
