Job Description
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)
- Hands‑on with sourcing and recruiting for backend roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring strategies
- Design and improve interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong signal
- Develop and maintain a high‑quality candidate pipeline
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and decision‑making
- Mentor or guide other recruiters as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, some of them in high‑growth or startup environments
- Proven track record hiring software engineers (especially backend)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to assess technical profiles and ask meaningful, signal‑driven questions
