JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver expert pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to commercial customers — restaurants, hotels, hospitals, retail, and food & beverage plants. Prepare pest trend, risk, and species-identification reports, backed by on-site surveys. Train, onboard, and coach Service Specialists to meet Ecolab's protocols and standards. Conduct quality audits and lead root-cause analysis to continuously raise service standards. Partner with customers in meetings — advising, surveying, and driving solutions. Bachelor's degree in Entomology (or related science). Strong knowledge of insect identification and classification. 1–2 years' experience as a pest/entomology specialist preferred.
