The Subcontracts Manager (SCM) is responsible for the overall life-cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development, through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution and closeout steps. Subcontracts at L3Harris cover a variety of customer segments including U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, International Commercial, and Defense, both domestic and international. L3Harris Subcontracts is an incredibly diverse landscape of technologies, products and services for development articles, production, technical & professional services requirements.
