Take the lead in delivering multi-family residential projects with R+A Engineering. Oversee design, client relationships, and project execution in this remote or Vernon-based role.
As the Lead Structural Engineer, you will apply your 7+ years of multi-family design expertise on wood-frame concrete podium buildings throughout BC and Alberta. You will shape project plans, manage construction administration, and collaborate closely with architects and contractors, ensuring robust designs that adhere to the BCBC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the engineer of record on diverse projects
• Manage structural design and drawing production
• Oversee construction administration and client interactions
• Drive project progress alongside EITs and technologists
• Collaborate with principals on scopes, fees, and schedules
