We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to join our Fire Sprinkler New Projects team in Mobile, Alabama. This individual will play a critical role in installing fire sprinkler systems for commercial, federal, and industrial clients throughout the region.
The Lead Sprinkler Foreman serves as a working superintendent responsible for overseeing multiple sprinkler installation projects while remaining hands-on in the field as needed. This individual manages lead foremen and installation crews, communicates directly with customers, coordinates daily jobsite activities, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to NFPA standards. The role also requires mentoring apprentices and journeymen and providing technical guidance when field installation challenges arise.
