Job Summary

To support in the implementation of multiple national development programs in order to meet Commercial Bank’s strategy of increasing the Nationalization across its workforce.
To develop and deliver in-house training including the identified needs in order to ensure that plans are in place to develop technical capability within our national talent.

Key Accountabilities

National Development Programme
- Support Unit Head, National Development in the overall management and implementation of national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
- Deliver new joiners induction program and Leaders Induction program as well as designing work placement students and follow up on their implementation to ensure effective design, adequate circulation, and proper implementation.
