The Lead Software Engineer must partner with domain SMEs to enhance System Testing practices, provide technical leadership and be evangelist of quality. He/She needs to enhance overall product quality, help to implement quality transformation initiatives leveraging contemporary AI tools in system integration testing and enabling AI first framework in product validation. Drive clear vision for AI native testing applicable to Honeywell products. Drive culture of innovation, blend both HON domain content with latest Tech content in Integration Tests. This pivotal role bridges the gap between deep industrial domain expertise and enterprise grade software testing. He/She needs to influence architectural decisions for NPIs serving both upstream and downstream O&G operations.
