As a Lead Software Engineer in Product Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and building high‑polish, fail‑safe user experiences across our member‑facing applications and clinical workflows. This role blends deep system design, product thinking, and AI‑native engineering excellence.

You will lead by example in an environment where engineers invest in understanding the why before deciding the how, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and look for the architectural change or automation that makes things 10x better rather than incrementally improved.
