Lead Software Engineer - Personalisation Platform (Hybrid)

PlatformE is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to anchor the Porto engineering team. You will own the architecture and stay hands-on, working with a DevOps/infrastructure engineer and a QA engineer as we scale.

This is a builder's leadership role with direct influence on a platform trusted by luxury brands. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality personalization platform using Python (FastAPI) and a modern stack, while advancing CI/CD, infrastructure, and AI-powered capabilities.
