LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- £50-60k
- Newark-on-Trent - 4 days per week on-site / 1 day remote
- C# / .Net / Blazor / MySQL
THE ROLE
- Lead a growing software engineering function working alongside a team of 3 other software developers
- Modern Microsoft stack including .NET 8/10, Blazor, .NET MAUI, AWS & MySQL
- End-to-end ownership across full stack product delivery and technical direction
- Office-based culture with hybrid flexibility and genuine influence on engineering decisions
