Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic **Lead Software Engineer** to spearhead our SAP BTP / CAP Java / Fiori engineering team. In this role, you will lead the development of multiple high-impact services from the ground up within the SAP Business Network. You will be highly involved in every phase of the product development and deployment lifecycle — from initial idea generation, planning, and design, to prototyping, execution, shipping, and continuous iteration.
As a hands-on Lead Software Engineer, you are a pragmatic problem solver who values clean, effective, and scalable code above all. You will work in close lockstep with our Team Architect and Product Manager, translating complex product roadmap features into modular technical designs and leading your team to successfully deliver them.
