Job Description
- Provide advisory on technical governance and ServiceNow processes - Define standards and best practices for ServiceNow architecture and platform health - Evaluate business requirements against platform capabilities and architecture - Ensure correct technical solutions are implemented for business needs - Conduct ServiceNow HealthScan to assess performance, scalability, and security - Act as Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow across products - Lead and coordinate DevOps teams on a day-to-day basis - Serve as escalation point for unresolved technical issues - Monitor adherence to ServiceNow OOTB features and best practices - Ensure system scalability, usability, and maintainability
