32 North is seeking an experienced Lead Server who can help lead the floor while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch and dining environment. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, guest-focused, and able to support service standards while assisting with team accountability during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example on the floor
- Assist in managing service flow during high-volume periods
- Support servers, runners, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations
- Help train and guide newer staff members
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, specials, and allergens
- Upsell food, beverages, and featured items
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
