Role Overview:

Our Liquid Waste Services Department is seeking a Lead Senior Engineer who will lead and develop a team of engineering staff while overseeing budgets, projects, consultants, and contracts, ensuring work meets organizational standards and contributing to strategic planning, technical guidance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You are a professional engineer with strong technical, leadership, and project management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects, managing contracts and budgets, and resolving challenging technical and operational issues. You demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with experience leading teams, building relationships, and driving results in a dynamic environment.
