As part of the Hub Financial Center, the Senior Accountant will lead a team while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. Reporting to the Accounting & Compliance Supervisor, this role includes managing reconciliations, preparing analytics, and supporting ongoing projects. You will play a crucial part in driving performance standards and achieving financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day work of Junior and Staff Accountants
• Manage the month-end close process and reporting
• Ensure accuracy of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare variance analysis and financial analytics
