Lead SENDCo - Primary Special Needs (Trauma-Informed)

Elementa Support Services is looking for a dedicated SENDCo to join our primary specialist school in Fishponds, Bristol. This full-time role is designed for an experienced educator ready to lead SEND provision, oversee EHCP processes, and work collaboratively within a team to support students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Qualified Teacher Status, strong SEND experience, and the ability to foster trusting relationships with families and staff for impactful educational development.
