Job Description
- Support with enablement and training of the group of employees working within lead generation including new joiners to the team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the group of employees assigned within SDR team.
- Follow the guidelines, orders, and best practices of the Employer based on contractually determined goals, targets and objectives (commonly referred as KPI’s (key performance indicators) for her/himself and the team
- Employee is responsible for assuring the minimum SRL criteria are followed by his/her assigned team members, and assure such criteria are always followed through.
- The Employee is expected to coach, empower, and motivate his/her team, he/she is expected to offer emotional, professional, and technical support to the team as and when needed or requested.
