Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will lead efforts to develop and communicate accurate sales forecasts to improve customer service and operational efficiency. This role is integral to facilitating Sales Demand Review Meetings and ensuring that internal forecasting processes meet organizational KPIs.

• Establish volume forecasts for products and customers
• Conduct monthly forecasting meetings and engage cross-functional teams
