Lead Recreation Fee Technician

Summary This position is located in Bryce Canyon National Park in the Division of Visitor and Resources Protection. Responsibilities Major Duties: Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization to assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload and assure that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Provides on the job training, mentoring, and coaching to employees, volunteers, and/or interns in accordance with established procedures and practices. Reports to supervisor on performance, progress and training needs of employees, and on behavior problems. Prepares or updates operating manuals and/or standard operating procedures for the implementation of fee related systems, processes, and procedures.
