An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Housing Partnerships team in the North West, focusing on refurbishment and planned maintenance schemes.

This is a key commercial leadership role, offering genuine ownership of the planned maintenance commercial function. You will be responsible for driving performance, protecting margin, managing risk and supporting continued growth across a strong pipeline of secured and negotiated work.
