This pivotal role reports directly to the QA Manager and requires at least three years of experience in the food industry. Candidates must be adept in applying GMPs, HACCP principles, and possess strong communication skills for collaborative problem-solving on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve or reject products before storage
• Monitor deviation corrective actions effectively
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain accurate QA documentation
• Assist QA Supervisor as a backup resource
Requirements:
• At least three years in quality assurance
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong understanding of QA processes
• Relevant post-secondary education required
