Job Overview As a Lead Engineer, Quality at iCIMS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions across iCIMS. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight of testing execution, automation frameworks and quality governance. The Lead Engineer, QA Automation partners closely with engineering, product, and Devops to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and drives continues improvement across multiple teams. Off hours support as needed. This is a hybrid position based at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.
