Lead QA: Core Banking & Transformation Testing

CareCone Group is seeking an experienced QA leader to drive end-to-end testing for Core Banking applications and major transformation initiatives. You will define testing strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with business requirements and ensure robust test coverage across SIT, UAT, and production readiness.

The role requires hands-on testing across multiple phases, strong communication with stakeholders, and mentoring of junior QA engineers to promote best practices.
