Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver complex, client-facing programs
• Support Project Managers for optimal execution and quality
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen client ties
• Define and track KPIs and program performance metrics
• Establish effective governance and reporting frameworks
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant IT program management experience
