Lead Production Supervisor: Drive Excellence on the Line

L’Oréal Colombia plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide a team of operators and translate the product vision into tangible outputs. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead staff on the production lines to meet the plant's standards.

You will drive KPI-driven improvements, ensure GMP compliance and safety, and coordinate with maintenance, quality and logistics to address challenges promptly. This role values collaboration and proactive leadership.
