Lead - Production - PM (3:30pm-Midnight) Shift

As a Production Lead you will oversee, monitor, and coordinate the work for your assigned production team. You will work with the Production Manager to plan work and meet goals, ensuring that all required information, training, and team goals are communicated to team members. You will report on team successes and challenges to the Production Supervisor/Manager. You will collaborate with other leads, supervisors, and managers within the plant to help your team achieve production goals in a timely manner. You will assist team members with common questions, training, and concerns, elevating issues as necessary to plant leadership.

Please note: It's a PM (3:30pm–Midnight) Shift - Supporting outbound Shipping department.
