**Job Description**
The Production Lead oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in line with established quality standards. This role coordinates workflow on the production floor, supports and guides team members, and helps maintain a smooth, consistent operation across all shifts. One Production Lead will oversee the Arils department, while another will oversee the Juice Extraction department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily production activities on the manufacturing floor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
+ Coordinate workflow across assigned lines or departments to maintain steady production and minimize downtime.
+ Monitor hourly production metrics, including case counts, and take action to ensure targets are achieved.
