Lead Product Development & Process Engineering

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Senior Product Development & Process Engineering professional located in Cuautitlán, MX. In this hybrid role, you will lead the development and optimization of innovative foam products while managing the full product cycle.

The position demands 7+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer products industry, and fluency in English. You will work closely with teams in both Mexico and the U.S. to ensure alignment on development priorities.
