Join Clio as a Senior Product Designer, specializing in onboarding and customer activation for legal tech. Enhance the first 120 days of user engagement and ensure they realize Clio’s value.
In this role, you will take ownership of the design journey for new law firm clients, aiming to foster habits that make Clio an essential part of their workflow. Your designs will span from user setup to in-depth feature discovery while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. Your expertise in B2B SaaS design will be crucial in shaping these experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding design across Clio’s product suite
• Develop in-app guidance including tooltips and progress trackers
• Analyze customer metrics for better experience design
• Streamline internal processes for the Data Migration teams
• Work with cross-functional teams to create effective design
