Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process engineering activities across projects from concept through to commissioning
Develop and review process designs, flow sheets, mass balances, and equipment specifications
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
Support sales and proposal teams with technical input and feasibility assessments
Oversee plant performance analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in mineral processing or related industries
Proven experience in leading process engineering projects
Strong knowledge of comminution, flotation, and separation processes
